Steve Kemp has 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He is the Owner and Principal Broker of Vantage Real Estate located in St. George, Utah. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, property management and consulting assignments. Mr. Kemp’s real estate career began in 1995 while managing several office buildings owned by his family. These properties were leased by seven different Divisions of State and County government. Steve became a Utah real estate licensee and joined Holiday Resort Realty in 1997 specializing in commercial land transactions. In 2001 Steve joined Colliers Commerce CRG, Southern Region and named Top Producer in 2002. In 2004 he founded Kemp Griffin Commercial Real Estate and was named the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006. In 2009, after three years with a national franchise, Steve returned to the flexibility and control of an independent brokerage when he started Vantage Real Estate. Mr. Kemp was named to Utah Business Magazine’s prestigious “Top 40 under 40” in 2007 and earned Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Gold and Bronze Circle of Distinction awards in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Community: Mr. Kemp is currently serving as the Chairman of the St. George City Planning Commission. He has previously served on the boards of community arts organizations and youth sports organizations.
