Steven G Hunsinger Retail Specialist steveh@olivereg.com Steve Hunsinger was recruited by Olive Real Estate Group in 2003. Steve will be focusing on the leasing and sale of retail properties, as well as continue to represent national tenants in Southern Colorado. Steve Hunsinger began working for the Schuck Commercial Brokerage Company in 1983 and established the retail specialty department for the company. He played a major role in increasing Schuck's retail market share to five times what it was when he joined the company. Steve has developed excellent relationships with national, regional and local retailers, as well as the investor/developer community in Colorado Springs. These relationships have resulted in the successful sales and leasing of retail properties to users, developers and investors. Steve has leased over 1,000,000 square feet and sold over 500,000 square feet of retail space in Colorado Springs. Prior to entering the commercial real estate market, Steve spent three years with Continental Airlines in their In-Flight Services Department. Previous to that, Steve spent two years with the Walgreen’s Drug Corporation in retail management. Steve is a Colorado Springs native, contributing to his knowledge of the city's commercial real estate trends. He attended the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and graduated from Western State College in 1979 with a BA in Business Administration, with emphasis in management.
