Steve Gray, a commercial real estate professional with over twenty-five years of experience, is Managing Partner of Advisors Commercial Real Estate. ADVISORS is a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage and property management. In addition to overseeing business development initiatives for ADVISORS, Gray specializes in land sales, retail project and tenant representation throughout Texas. His current clients include Breakfast Club 51, ADT Pizza, Avis Budget Group, Greystar, the Nehemiah Company and the Piranha Restaurant Group. Gray also oversees the development and acquisition of retail centers throughout Texas. Prior to joining ADVISORS, Gray was Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Weitzman in Dallas where he oversaw the leasing for a portfolio of 70 shopping centers totaling 5 million Sf. During that time, he negotiated over 350 leases totaling 2 million SF and directed a team of leasing agents that completed over a thousand leases. Gray holds a M.S. in Applied Economics and B.B.A. in Economics from University of North Texas in Denton. He is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Greater Forth Worth Association of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Arlington Urban Ministries. Professional recognitions include multiple Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter, Fort Worth Business Press and D CEO Power Broker awards.
