Steve has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience. His emphases are retail and investment with a focus on development, landlord and tenant representation. He has partnered with numerous clients in Kansas City and manages multi-market accounts throughout the nation. Steve started his career at Rubenstein Real Estate, where he spent seven years. He then served as the Vice President of Retail Services at Grubb&Ellis/The Winbury Group for eight years. He spent three years at Block and Company prior to forming the Gasperi Group Commercial Real Estate LLC. CLIENTS include 7-Eleven, Applebee’s, Aqueous Vapor, BRKThru OP, Brookside Optical, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Fox & Hound, Goodwill, Hardee’s, MHG Hotel Group, MRE Capital, Noodles & Company, PepperJax, Q 39, Rally House / Kansas Sampler, Regency Beauty, Seven-Eleven Corporation, Shell Oil, Sonic Restaurant, Sports Clips, The Tan Company, Wal-Mart, Walpert Properties, and Yum Brands.
