Steve Farrar

As Senior Vice President, Steve is active in all aspects of the company’s operations with a focus on leasing and tenant representation. He represents office and industrial tenants in renewals, negotiations, expansions, dispositions and relocations. Steve also is responsible for leasing the firm’s office, retail and industrial portfolio. In addition, he is directly involved with the selection, due diligence, underwriting and syndication of the firm’s acquisitions. A seasoned veteran of 25 years, Steve has experience in all facets of real estate including acquisitions/dispositions, management, leasing, appraisals, consulting, financing and development. He has established strong relationships with the brokerage, banking, investment, development and service provider community. Steve began his commercial real estate career as a market feasibility study and appraisal consultant. He joined Richard Bowers & Company where he was responsible for the sales and leasing of office, warehouse, investment and retail properties. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Professional Network, North Point Community Church, The Buckhead Club and White Columns Country Club. Steve enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing golf.
