As a 30-plus year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Steve has been consistently recognized as top producer in the region. His portfolio includes over 150 mid- and big-box transactions representing tenants including Walmart, Ross Stores, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowes Home Improvement & Kohl’s Department Stores. Steve also works on a limited number of listings for a select group of landlords. Steve has an extensive knowledge of entitlements, land and site planning, and CEQA that help his clients navigate the challenges of development in California. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 25 years and continues to bring exceptional services to his clients with specific expertise in tenant roll-out strategies, site selection, entitlements, site planning and merchandising plans. He is also serving his 14th year as a member of the Sacramento Country Day School’s Board of Trustees and is a member of Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business Real Estate Advisory Board.
