Steve Edmonds

Steve Edmonds started in Property in 1987 with Black Horse residential. In 1995 he moved to TRG Lawrence & Son in Chard. In the Summer of 1997 Steve was invited to join Humberts in Yeovil Where he ran the commer-cial office, gained valuable experience and a BA (Hons) degree in Real Estate Valuation. He left Humberts in 2008 to Start Edmonds Commercial to operate in the South West Headed from his Yeovil office. In December 2012 he purchased a controlling stake in TRG Lawrence an independent Estate Agency Established in 1920. In 2013 he was head hunted by a London City Based Wealth management firm, to assemble a £100m mixed commercial property investment portfolio, for high net worth clients.
