He began his career working for a residential home builder/developer after graduating from the University of Southern California in 1989. He has over 20 years of experience in the General Engineering/Heavy Construction Industry and over 7 years of experience in the Steel Pipe Distribution Industry. He has been an active real estate investor and advisor for over 20 years and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed General Engineering Contractor in California for over 15 years. Steve is excited to join Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Valley Industrial Team together with Blake Rasmussen, Kevin Dalporto and Tyson Vallenari, as an Industrial Property Specialist.
