Coming from a real estate development background, Steve is well versed in the various aspects of Commercial Real Estate and the requirements necessary to make a project successful. Mr. Dorenbush has a record of successfully guiding local, national, and international clients with their real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development analysis. Steve specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial office, industrial, multifamily and land properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients. Steve holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is recognized in the industry as the most coveted and respected designation. Only 6 percent of the estimated 160,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. Steve is an active member in professional networking groups NAIOP, the CCIM Institute and the National Association of Realtors. Married for 38 years, Steve and his wife are blessed with two children, grandchildren and a great grandson. They enjoy traveling, exploring new golf courses, and a wide range of activities.
