Steve Doran

He holds two of the most coveted designations in the shopping center industry: CCIM and CRX. Steve is also a founding partner at Lee & Associates of Madison, WI. As one of the top Commercial Real Estate Advisors for Lee & Associates, Mr. Doran has completed over a thousand transactions across the Midwest primarily for retail clients. Prior to co-founding Lee & Associates, Mr. Doran was a broker with The Mid America Real Estate Company based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Steve received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Real Estate and Finance. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), WREAA (Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association), and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
