Residential and office developers look to Steve and his team for advice and creative solutions for new projects or for assembling properties for purchase and subsequent development. Steve’s extensive experience serving the City of San Carlos at the local level gives him a unique advantage in helping his clients navigate government-regulated matters to achieve their ownership and financial goals, especially within the transit-oriented corridors and downtown centers up and down the Peninsula. Steve works closely with his partners, Brett Weber and John McLellan, to ensure that all of their clients receive creative, thoughtful and valuable service to meet client objectives and to achieve successful outcomes. With well over 60 years of combined Bay Area commercial property leasing, sale, and development transaction experience, Steve and his team strive to unlock value for their clients using novel strategies, disciplined processes, and creative ideas. When Steve is not working on deals, he enjoys golfing, cycling, reading, and volunteering on local non-profit boards.
