Steve Delaney

Steve Delaney is a First Vice President at CBRE and specializes in retail sales and leasing. His primary focus is on site selection for national and regional restaurants looking to enter the Indianapolis market. Steve has worked with full-service, fast casual, and QSR restaurants and has completed major brand deals throughout Indiana and the Midwest. Prior to joining CBRE, Steve was a partner at Sitehawk Retail Real Estate where he was involved in over 600 restaurant deals. Steve became involved with restaurants and real estate immediately out of college as the founder and CEO of a regional, multi-unit restaurant chain. Steve and his partner grew the chain to encompass four restaurant concepts and 26 units before selling the units to join Sitehawk. During Steve’s tenure with Sitehawk, he provided leadership as the Restaurant Council Chairman within ChainLinks, which included 75 brokers across the country.
