Steven Costa is a Managing Director at NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne. As Managing Director, Mr. Costa helps manage and operate the NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne brokerage operations serving the Central Florida market. Mr. Costa has over 18 years’ experience working with individual and corporate real estate investors and is extremely knowledgeable in respect to land and land development. Since joining NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne, he has developed several residential and mixed use communities. During this period Mr. Costa has developed and utilized many skills required to assist clients in navigating the maze of real estate investing and developing. His expertise allow him to quickly assess properties current and potential value based on market and value add opportunities. He currently resides in the Deland area where he was born and raised as a third generation Floridian. His roots run deep in the community and he has served on numerous boards including Deland Breakfast Rotary, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial Foundation and the Volusia County Planning and Land Development Commission.
