Since launching my professional real estate career in the year 2000, my goal has been to provide outstanding service to my clients. My commercial transactions over the years have ranged from medium to very large but each has, and always will, receive my most conscientious attention to detail. The size of the transaction is secondary to the establishment of a trustworthy professional relationship. Many of today's loyal clients today first began with my providing a no-fee service - an investment feasibility analysis, or a property's current market analysis, or even just by my answering their simplest commercial real estate questions over the phone. It’s often what you do when you don’t have to that makes all the difference. In that spirit I undertook the arduous path toward my eventually obtaining the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), designation in 2018.
