Steve Clark

Steve Clark combines a unique understanding of transaction management and lease negotiation with extensive construction management experience to assist corporate tenants in making strategic real estate decisions. He is a LEED accredited professional and assists his clients in understanding workplace environment and construction planning/implementation best practices. Experience: Prior to joining JLL in 2006, Steve was a Project Manager at Devcon Construction for five years where he managed all aspects of the design-build construction process. As a liaison balancing the tenant/owner relationship, he managed a variety of project types: high-end venture capital and law office interiors, multi-floor steel buildings & campuses and R&D lab interiors. Today, he uses his project management background to help his clients manage growth planning and lease strategy. Education and Affiliations: Steve attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. He is a LEED accredited professional and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. Outside of work Steve, with his wife Tricia, stays busy chasing after their two sons Will and Jack, ages 10 and 8, while also coaching various youth sports and serving on the MenloAtherton Little League Board.
