I have Sold hundreds of houses in the past few years for many clients including : Fannie Mae , VA , JP Morgan- Chase, Saxon Mortgage, Ocwen and many other Banks.Being able to accurately value a building and then figuring out how to market it is what helps me to get the excellent results that I get. We use video tours, drone pictures etc. <br>As a Buyer's agent , I can identify great deals on properties and assist you throught the closing process: inspections , attorney, lenders etc................. I also work closely with other Broker's and can get a preview of upcoming listings before they hit the Open Market. We also work with Broker's/Seller's who are selling properties without putting them on the market and can get you access to that information too! I am also working as a consultant in the CELL TOWER Development business helping property owners add antennas to bring in additional revenue for their properties
