Steve Bove

Steve specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties throughout Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. His services include marketing freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for sale or lease as well as selling industrial investment property and industrial land. Steve also represents companies in site searches to either buy or lease industrial facilities. Steve has completed more than 300 transactions in his 18 year career in commercial real estate in Greater Cincinnati. These transactions total over $110 million and over 8.5 million square feet. Steve''s major clients have included Procter & Gamble, General Motors, James River Corp., Sherwin Williams and California Public Employees Retirement System. Steve is active in NAI''s National Industrial Council and is a member of the Cincinnati Board of Realtors. In addition to serving as president of CINDAT, Cincinnati''s commercial/industrial real estate web-based information exchange service, Steve also has served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Program at Cincinnati State Community College where he was a full-time instructor for five years.
