As a trusted adviser, he provided investment analysis and buy/sell recommendations for hundreds of transactions ranging from $1 Million to $250 Million for all major property types – office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land and condominium developments in various stages of entitlement. He sold over $75 Million Medical Office Buildings and Surgery Centers.
