ABOUT

Through Stephen’s experience as an accountant, he was aware of many of the benefits of owning real estate. He founded the The Steiner Real Estate Group and its affiliate, SPM Management Inc, in 2000 and began investing in income producing property. His research led to the city of Jersey City. The potential for solid returns looked reasonable at that time. Since that time, Stephen has owned and managed multi-family, retail, industrial and office properties across the country. The Steiner Group and SPM Management continue to seek investments that meet their investment criteria.
