His prelude to Yale University saw him at Boston Properties (BXP) in Manhattan, NY, immersing himself in construction/development, property management, and leasing. Post-graduation, Stephen embarked on a pivotal role as an Acquisitions Analyst at Realterm, a prominent $3 billion REPE firm with a steadfast focus on industrial assets. His responsibilities spanned the RLF I & RLF-II value-add industrial funds, alongside RLIF, a core-fund partnership with LaSalle Investment Management. His purview extended across the eastern region, encompassing MIA, Savannah, Charleston, ATL, BWI Corridor, NYC Metro/NJ, & Boston, with a primary emphasis on sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence, all oriented towards logistics-centric heavy industrial assets. In November 2017, Stephen made his mark at Cushman & Wakefield, where he continues to drive excellence in industrial logistics and supply chain representation.
