Steve Shatafian began his real estate career with Lee & Associates® in 1987. Steve specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. He is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder in the City of Industry office of Lee & Associates®. For the past 32 years Steve Shatafian has successfully completed in excess of 3,200 transactions representing various tenants, landlords, and investors, including the leasing of twenty-five industrial business parks within the Inland Empire, San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys. In his thirty-one year career, Steve has been one of the top performing brokers every year, and has consistently completed approximately 100 transactions per year. Steve has leased or sold in excess of 18,500,000 square feet of industrial space at a total consideration of over $600,000,000.00.
