Stephen Pisarik joined Savills in March 2009 as an experienced veteran in the commercial real estate industry. With more than 30 years of tenant representation experience, Stephen is a trusted and recognized broker in Southern California and throughout the United States. Out of the firm’s Orange County office in Newport Beach, Stephen excels in developing and implementing comprehensive real estate strategies that enable his clients to advance their business objectives through their real estate portfolios. His refined industry experience extends to technology, managed care, financial services, and professional services firms on a local and national level. Over his career, Stephen has negotiated transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion in 65 cities across 33 states. Prior to joining Savills, Stephen was Senior Vice President at Colliers International where he spent 22 years of his career representing clients throughout their real estate endeavors. When it comes to his clients, Stephen is understanding and can transform his clients’ business development visions into actualities. Stephen has received numerous accolades throughout his career, repeatedly earning the ‘Broker of the Year’ award from The Irvine Company and ‘Salesperson of the Year’ as the top producer at Colliers. Among his high-profile transactions, Stephen represented Option One Mortgage Corporation (a division of H&R Block) with its 246,500 square-foot headquarters lease. This transaction was the largest lease in Orange County and the seventh largest in the US that year.
