Stephen Lam

Stephen Lam is a commercial real estate brokerage professional with an emphasis in investment real estate, industrial properties and ground-up development in the San Gabriel Valley (Los Angeles County) & urban infill markets. Prior to joining NAI, Stephen was the co-managing director of a precious metal manufacturer and international tungsten trader. For the past decade, he understood the manufacturing process and acted as the liaison with international companies across the world. Stephen’s previous experience gave him a strong foundation of understanding the wants and needs in the industrial business, and his experience translated seamlessly as he transitions into commercial real estate. Stephen is experienced in representing owner-users & clients in different types of acquisition process, disposition for redevelopment opportunities and investment properties in the county of Los Angles. As an expert in his local community, he is in tune with his market and experienced in providing his clients with different evaluation approaches and cash flow analyses to further assist his clients with their decision making.
