Stephen Kriz serves as a key member of CBRE’s Occupier and Agency Brokerage group in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. As Senior Vice President, his extensive experience in lease negotiations, financial analysis, and corporate real estate planning and implementation has benefitted his clients for over 20 years. Both institutional landlords and regional investment groups have worked with Stephen to develop, implement and oversee their asset’s marketing strategy. His ability to differentiate his client’s properties from the competition has led to his representation of some of the highest profile office assets in the Philadelphia suburbs. By partnering with CBRE’s Property Management and Project Management teams, Stephen has enabled his clients to take full advantage of the industry experts and resources that a multinational company such as CBRE has to offer.
