Stephen Dodgson

As President of Dodgson Realty Co., Steve is actively engaged in the sale and leasing of all types of commercial properties in the Grand Rapids and surrounding area. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1994 and is a licensed broker. Steve has completed transactions for local, regional, and national clients. His responsibilities include site/space acquisition, lease assignments, sale assignments, investment property sales, and consulting. Steve joined Dodgson Realty Co. in 1988, was named Vice President in 1996, and President in 2005. He is also President of Dodgson Management Co. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University (Cum Laude). Steve has completed brokerage transactions on behalf of Keebler, Crown Life Insurance, Heritage Property Investment Trust, Eagle Development, Kin Properties, Lescoa, Earth Tech, Wendy's, The Sierra Room, AutoZone, Sprint, and many others.
