Stephen Blake

Steve began his real estate sales career in 1980 in Toronto, Canada. Upon his move to Buffalo, Steve joined Comvest Consulting in 1987. In 1997 Comvest became CB Richard Ellis-Buffalo as part of CBREs affiliate program and soon thereafter became a Partner. In October 2019, Steve formed Blake Commercial R.E. Group to better serve select clients with their corporate real estate needs. With a focus on the industrial & office market, Steve has extensive experience in industrial/office sales, leasing, investment analysis and provides both Landlord/Seller and Tenant/Buyer representation. In 1997 Steve became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a past, multi-year, President of the NYS CCIM Chapter. Steve was formerly an approved real estate instructor with the State of New York, and has been the recipient of several WNYSCAR awards for largest annual sale, lease and volume transactions.
