Stephanie Wise

Stephanie joined Street Commercial in 2016, bringing with her expertise in the leasing of retail and office space. Prior to Street Commercial, Stephanie managed a portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial real estate in the greater Wichita area. Her deep experience in building maintenance, construction, budgeting, and lease negotiations makes her a great fit for tenant representation and in retail sales and leasing. Stephanie is active in her church community and currently serves as the board president for Women in Commercial Real Estate. Stephanie and her husband, Brandt, have two children and the family loves to spend time outdoors.outdoors.
