Stephanie Morgan

Stephanie joined Brandywine Realty Trust in 2010 and currently serves as Senior Leasing Associate, responsible for marketing and leasing the Metro DC office portfolio comprised of over 2.5M SF of Class A office. Prior to joining the leasing team in 2013, she started her commercial real estate career in property management. Stephanie is native to Northern Virginia and graduated from George Mason University with a BS in Finance. She is member of NAIOP NoVA, NAIOP DC|MD, CREBA, and CREW DC. Mrs. Morgan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia, Maryland & Pennsylvania, and a licensed Salesperson in DC. She currently resides in Herndon, VA with her husband, son & daughter.
