Stephanie Hilferty

Stephanie Hilferty joined the team of SRSA Commercial Real Estate in 2007. As a sales and research associate/ research analyst, she represents various Louisiana office and retail tenants in the site selection process and lease negotiation. Although Hilferty's main focus is on office and retail sales, she also possesses a keen interest in investment sales and project leasing. Clients represented by Hilferty include Verizon Wireless, Burger King (Strategic Restaurants), and Crescent City Physicians (Touro Hospital Physician Group). Most recently, Hilferty was instrumental in assisting her client, local Metairie favorite Pancho's Mexican Buffet with site selection and lease negotiation. The restaurant, closed since Hurricane Katrina, opened to staggering numbers at sites in Metairie, Slidell and Baton Rouge. Prior to joining SRSA, Hilferty attended Loyola University and graduated summa cum laude from the honors program. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English in 2007. Hilferty is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Loyola University of New Orleans Alumni Board and is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana.
