Stephanie Decker

Stephanie is the face of the organization for all things Michigan. She joins Cornerstone with nearly 20 years of experience in property management, and loves feeling like she’s working for a small company, even though they’re dealing with a large volume of business. “Cornerstone still has those small-company values,” she says. Stephanie, whose post-graduation plan was a job with the FBI, never imagined herself working in medical real estate. She loves the healthcare industry—specifically the way that different doctors and specialties come together in a medical office building and work to create a better experience for patients. Stephanie has managed nearly 30 such buildings, and loves that every day her job looks a little bit different. When she’s not at work, Stephanie is a devoted mom to twin boys. She and her husband love spending time outdoors, and their family can often be found hiking, at the zoo or at the beach. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Sociology from Oakland University.
