Steve brings to Ardent Realty Group a range of life experiences, from 14 years of manufacturing design and production at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, to 13 years as the owner/ operator of two Houston area bakery operations. Mr. Robinson began his real estate career in 1999 with Coldwell Banker Commercial in their Industrial Services group, where he obtained his designation as an Industrial Specialist from CB University. During his affiliation with CBC he represented many regional companies with facilities acquisitions and dispositions. In 2002, Steve accepted a position with Alliance Commercial Investments in their land acquisitions group. During his affiliation with Alliance Stephan brokered and managed the acquisition and disposition of of numerous commercial land tracts for their investment partners. In 2008 Stephan formed Ardent Realty Group (DBA Ardent Hardcastle Commercial Real Estate) a specialty land company, that has completed hundreds of commercial property sales and leases throughout metro- Houston area. Stephan's client and customer list includes a broad spectrum of users from fast food companies, hospitality, health care, residential land developers, and industrial land developers. Clients have included West Development Company, Gromax Development, DR Horton, Ryland Homes, Perry Homes, Beazer Homes, Embrey Residential, Gueffen Residential, Brookside Equipment, Primoris Services, Computalog, Harmony Public Schools, The Greater Houston Retail Association and many others. Steve is a licensed Broker in Texas and Hawaii.
