Stefanie Santiago
After fulfilling a 16 year career in construction and design, Stefanie decided to follow her passion in the real estate industry and in 2015 earned her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. Educating those looking to invest, buy or sell real estate comes naturally to her through strategic planning and communication with her clients. Two years later she earned her Florida Real Estate Brokerage License along with her Florida Real Estate Instructors License, which then led her to open her own real estate school, Tiago Traders University. In June of 2020, she opened her own brokerage, Ann Titus Real Estate and Business Brokerage, in the historic district of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Staying involved in the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors keeps her in-the-know on all real estate hot topics and provides her the opportunity to grow her relationships with her colleagues. Involvement in her community is a personal priority for her and she does this by regularly attending city council meetings, joining her local chamber of commerce, and being an active member of the Canal Street Historic District, which is where her business is located. Stefanie is a Florida native where she raised her two sons, Travis and Clayton, and found the love of her life, Andre Santiago. They married in 2018 in Hawaii and now reside on beachside in the beautiful town of New Smyrna Beach.
