ABOUT
Stanford joined the Collett Brokerage Team in January 2016. His primary focus and demonstrated expertise at Collett is the leasing of its managed portfolio in North Carolina, as well as several additional properties in South Carolina. Stanford has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Charlotte since 2000, having begun his career at Aston Properties as a Leasing Representative and at NORCOM as an Associate. From February 2004 until December 2015, he was the Director of Leasing at Argus Development Group, handling all of their retail properties in the Carolinas.
