Stan Myers

Stan joined JLL in 2017 bringing with him his Memphis area relationships and market knowledge in both industrial and retail disciplines. His focus is on both industrial and retail - Tenant and Agency representation. Stan’s commercial real estate career began 3 ½ decades ago with one of the leading specialty lifestyle retail development firms where he oversaw regional tenant leasing. The development side was his interest which opened an opportunity with one of the largest property owner/developers in the state. He initially handled anchor and junior anchor leasing for shadow strips. He was promoted to director of industrial leasing overseeing one of the largest portfolios in the Memphis area. Stan transitioned back into the brokerage world with CBRE as their Director of Industrial Agency representation for the Memphis area. When the opportunity presented itself to be a part of the JLL family he eagerly took it. Stan is a University of Memphis Grad with a BS degree in finance. In his spare time, he spends most weekends attending his sons’ collegiate sporting events – tennis and baseball. Loves golf even though most of the time it does not love him.
