Stan McClure

Stan McClure is a First Vice President at CBRE in Dallas, where he specializes in industrial and land brokerage. He has over 20 years of commercial experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and is active in representing both tenants and landlords in industrial and office properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McClure was a Senior Vice President at Insignia/ESG, as a result of the acquisition of Baker Commercial Realty, where he specialized in tenant representation, industrial brokerage and land sales. He also served as Vice President of Marketing at Bradford Realty Service, with a focus on new business development, general brokerage and marketing of the company’s existing portfolio. He began his real estate career in 1982 with CB Commercial (now CBRE) where he specialized in industrial and land brokerage. He later moved to California in 1995 to where he was a principal with Kennedy, Cabot and Company (now TD Waterhouse), a discount stock brokerage company, but returned in 1996 to resume his commercial real estate career.
