Stan Briggs

Stan began his real estate career as a commercial agent in 2010 with Don Quick & Associates in Round Rock, TX. While in Round Rock, he specialized in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and retail property with an emphasis of raw land sales. In 2012, he joined DB Commercial Real Estate in Temple, TX. While there, his responsibilities included site selection, development, market planning, retail tenant relationships, deal structure, contract negotiations, financial analysis, and sales and leasing across all types of asset classes. Stan had successfully worked with city staff and city councils during the land use, zoning, and entitlement process.
