Sri served in various corporate roles in a senior executive leadership capacity as President & CEO of Component Sourcing International, Group Senior Vice President at The VGL Group in addition to serving as Managing Director, The Jewelry Channel, UK and President, The Jewelery Channel, USA. Sri has a distinguished career in e-commerce retail, media, technology, and manufacturing management backed by top tier academic foundation in Engineering & Business Administration. Sri is recognized for Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Intelligent Business Negotiations, and Driving Operational Excellence. Sri’s passion is to build sustainable enterprises and drive growth through talented and creative teams with deep commercial sensibility and customer centric values. Sri started his career as an Engineer in the Automotive industry. After a few short stints in the Detroit area, Sri moved to the Carolina's working for 14 years in various Engineering, Operations Leadership & General Management capacities at ZF Group North America, a Germany based tier 1 supplier of drive train and suspension systems to the automotive OEM's. Sri is well traveled internationally, has deep experience in P&L Management, Org Development best practices, Global Supply Chain Partnerships, and Green Field startup ventures in both auto and retail sectors. Sri has a BTEch in Industrial Engineering from India, M.S. in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Duke University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s AMP.
