Spotty Robins

Spotty is a Vice President in JLL’s Richmond office specializing in retail advisory, site selection, land sales, and landlord and tenant representation. He provides advisory and transactional support to assist owners, occupiers, and investors in formulating and implementing real estate strategies. As a Richmond native, he uses his intimate market knowledge and analysis of regional and national economic trends to ensure his clients attain the most advantageous results in any real estate transaction. Prior to JLL, Spotty spent a decade as a teacher, coach, and administrator in independent schools.
