Spencer Trapp

Spencer emphasizes white-glove client service coupled with knowing the numbers! He grew up in a family of real estate investors in Southern California, so from an early age, he learned to evaluate the investment potential of a property and gained experience in both residential and income-producing commercial properties. After receiving a degree in Finance, Spencer took a role as a financial advisor working primarily with Real Estate Investment Trusts which further drove him to closely analyze property valuations and investment trends. Though Spencer tends to analyze properties from an investment standpoint, he still appreciates a great view, fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fact that a home HAS to feel like a home!
