Spencer Stewart

Spencer officially began his career in commercial real estate following graduation from the University of Arkansas in 2023. With a longtime interest in the industry, Spencer worked as a Retail & Office Broker Assistant at CBRE (Fayetteville), then as an intern at LANE4. Within those roles Spencer dove into retail, office, and multifamily brokerage by conducting property research, analyzing building permits, strategizing, and developing marketing materials, and actively engaging in the multifamily development process. Upon Spencer’s internship at LANE4, it was clear his work ethic, eagerness to learn, and passion for the industry would be an asset for the LANE4 brokerage team. As an Associate, Spencer currently focuses his efforts on project leasing and tenant representation for retail and office users. Along with his own clients, Spencer works closely with the senior brokerage team to assist in large-scale projects.
