Spencer Mason

As a broker associate, Mr. Mason exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties in East Denver and Southern Colorado markets. Spencer has years of experience in team building, communication, and leadership. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Spencer gained many years of experience in the industrial industry serving as the marketing director for a locally based company in Colorado, Honey Smoked Fish Company. In his role, Spencer used his leadership and creative skills to create many large marketing and advertising campaigns, negotiated contracts with agencies and brokers, and successfully planned and executed tradeshows for the company on a nationwide basis. Spencer is a native to Colorado and attended the University of Arizona where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the Eller College of Business. After returning to Denver, Spencer received his real estate license. Having grown up in a manufacturing family business, Spencer has a deep understanding of the importance to not only establish but to build long term relationships with his clients. His skills, abilities, and passion are what drives Spencer’s work ethic to provide the best overall experience as an office & industrial specialist at Marcus & Millichap.
