Spencer Kerrigan

Spencer joined Voit in January of 2013 as a retail specialist. He is a San Diego native, an SDSU alumnus, and a second generation retail agent. Spencer created the CK Retail team with Senior Vice President Mark Caston. The two have worked together on over a hundred deals, including leasing on both landlord and tenant representation, including shopping centers, specialty buildings, mixed use buildings, ground leases, ground-up development, and redevelopment. Mark and Spencer have also been involved with a number of owner/user and investment sales. Spencer is very attentive to his clients’ specific needs and is always reachable. He prides himself in responding to clients and prospects as quickly as possible, and goes above and beyond to work toward a successful transaction for all involved. Spencer has been involved with over $75 Million in total consideration on retail transactions.
