Spencer Hull

Spencer Hull has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2005, specializing in office and industrial sales and leasing. Spencer earned his experience at Coldwell Banker Commercial SC and also CBC Lazar and Associates. Spencer offers a wide range of commercial real estate services using his diverse knowledge of the local real estate market. Some of his clients include: IEHP, Granum Partners, Loma Linda University, San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, ESRI, the County of San Bernardino, AMERCO Real Estate Company/U-Haul, Milan Capital Management, Vertical Ventures, Stor-N-Lock, and Madison Capital Group. Community service is important to Spencer and he enjoys spending his time giving back to the community through youth services. He currently serves as a seminary teacher to high school students attending Los Osos and Rancho Cucamonga High school. In addition, Spencer is an Eagle Scout and serves as an Assistant Scout Master to troop 66 in Rancho Cucamonga
