Sonja Smith
Sonja is a native of Rutherford County. She is an Appalachian State graduate with a degree in Business Administration. After a fulfilling career in education, specializing in marketing and technology, she decided to follow her dream of a full-time career in real estate. With many years of experience in education comes a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. Educating and caring for those looking to buy and/or sell real estate comes naturally to her. As an accomplished educator, her various positions required perseverance, negotiation/communication skills and a diverse ability to overcome obstacles. Today, as a real estate professional, she brings those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of working with clients. Clients are afforded a knowledgeable professional, not only in the buying and selling of their home, but someone who marries their expertise with knowledge of the local community, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail. Her goal is to make the buying and/or selling process for clients a seamless, enjoyable and effortless experience.
