Sne Patel

Sne specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties. He is a local market expert in Houston and works throughout the Greater Houston area. Sne began his real estate career in Houston (2003) with the purchase of a 25 unit multifamily property. He joined United Realty | Houston in 2009 as CRE Agent and President. Sne's success in brokerage has been attributed to his responsiveness, firm negotiation, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, superior marketing strategies and exceptional customer service commitment. Simply put, Sne and his team give their clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure their client’s goals are met. Sne is a resident of Houston and currently lives in the central Houston area. He graduated from Ramapo University. He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time, Sne enjoys spending time with family and friends, and various outdoor adventures.
