Skye Cook specializes in tenant representation and corporate real estate services for both office and industrial occupiers. From strategic portfolio analysis to site selection, acquisitions/ dispositions, comprehensive cost analysis comparisons, and lease negotiations, she is dedicated to delivering best-in-class real estate solutions to national and international clients. She is involved in extensive national and international lease renewals and restructures, as well as identifying strategic new locations for both publically traded and privately held firms. Ms. Cook provides process management and quality control, aligning her client’s physical real estate needs with their business plan. Her approach is defined as “creative yet methodical”, along with her commitment to client satisfaction. Her clientele include GES (Global Experience Specialists), Pursuit, ON Services, Renters Warehouse, UBS Financial Services, Guardian Life, SAS, Thomson Reuters, and Captivate Network. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Ms. Cook worked as a tenant representative for Holly Duran Real Estate Partners (formerly The Levy Organization) in Chicago, Illinois. She was involved in the representation of numerous financial services and trading firms in downtown Chicago. During that time she became an expert in data center and mission critical facilities through her representation of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the world’s largest financial futures exchange. Ms. Cook is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW). She served as MNCREW’s President in 2013. Through her involvement with MNCREW, she has organized the annual UCREW event in conjunction with the University of St. Thomas and supported several of MNCREW’s charitable partners including the Ann Bancroft Foundation, Dress for Success, the Jeremiah Program and the Link. An alumni of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Leaders Lab, she currently serves on the CornerHouse Board of Directors and Philanthropy Committee.
