Sky Groden SIOR

Sky Groden is responsible for representing tenants/occupiers in optimizing their corporate strategy by aligning financial, operational and business objectives with real estate. His expertise and experience includes site selection, build to suit developments, sale/leasebacks, acquisitions, relocations, consolidations, renewals, and land acquisitions/dispositions on behalf of local, national and global companies. Sky started his career in real estate in South Florida in 1995, and joined Cresa South Florida in January 2014 to lead the Industrial Services team representing corporate clients with their real estate strategy in all facets of transactions to leverage optimal results. Previously, Sky was a consistent top producer for Cushman & Wakefield in the Broward and Palm Beach markets. He received the 2006 & 2007 NAIOP South Florida Industrial Brokerage Team of the Year. In 2004, Groden received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Sky is a native Floridian and lives in Palm Beach County with his wife and two daughters.
