Sky Butters specializes in office lease up and retention of tenants in southern Palm Beach and Broward county. Sky was allotted the lead position at the 950 Peninsula Corporate building where she increased occupancy from 65% to 94% in less than a year, attracting credit tenants through the use of segmented marketing strategies. More recently, she has been assigned to 1489 W. Palmetto, the second building of the Palmetto Park Road office campus to undergo full renovation as it reintroduces itself to the market place. She has already signed leases to major companies in the market, such as Sprint, despite the building’s current, pre- construction conditions.
