Andrea “Sissy” duPerier is a native Texan and second-generation REALTOR®. Since about the time she could walk, her father, Harold duPerier instilled in her the importance of MAKING IT HAPPEN. Growing up in a family of 8 and due to her nurturing temperament she was given the nickname she uses still today, “Sissy”. Having come from a real estate family she has resided everywhere from Beaumont to Alpine. She graduated from Sul Ross State University with her bachelor’s degree in Elementary & Physical Education and used it to teach & coach. She was also an active member for 9 years on the School Board. Although she had a great fondness for the influence she had on her students she believes that selling property is her true passion. Sissy is a proud mother to 2 grown children; Caitlynn and Graham. She is very committed to helping others. In her spare time, she has volunteered at Meals on Wheels, Food Pantry, Rotary, and Women’s Shelters. She acquired her real estate license in 1996 and has since earned and maintained over 550 educational hours to stay current with the laws, principles, ethics, and issues that involve buying, selling, and investing in real estate. She is also a recognized designee and active member of GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute). This means she is devoted to always expanding her education for an elevated degree of professionalism to her clients. Her honesty, ethics, heart, determination, wisdom, and sophistication are what make her extraordinary.
