Simon Hill

Simon is a Director of HTA Real Estate after joining from Jones Land LaSalle where he was a Director responsible for the industrial agency department within the Newcastle office. He has over 30 years' experience in the North East market, specialising in industrial and distribution property. Having previously been employed by Delma Developments (Northern Trust), he has direct development experience as well as his agency expertise. He has advised on the development, letting and funding of some of the highest profile schemes in the North East including Wynyard Park, Turbine Business Park in Sunderland and Foxcover in Seaham. He has extensive experience of providing consultancy advice to the public sector with clients including One NorthEast (inconjunction with the Sub Regional Authorities and the North East Assembly), Northern County Council, Darlington Council and North Tyneside Council.
